Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Geneva Valkyrie

As this season has already begun in August 2025 and this registration is solely related to our conversion to Crossbar as an organization, there is no change to the refund policy.

Road to Valhalla

GSA will make every effort to provide a full refund should no games be played across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with no more than a $50 administrative charge. If inclement weather reduces the number of games played below 3, GSA will provide partial refund associated with any reduction in cost of operation (field/umpire cancellations).
